I help my clients to gain self confidence and reach their goals by giving them a variety of different treatments and offering guidance and support throughout the process. There is not a one-size fits all when it comes to therapy and each client is an individual with individual needs and requirements. Therefore, your therapy sessions are tailored to you and what you hope to achieve.
This does not, however, mean that as the therapist I am doing all the work. in order to succeed with therapy you also need to put the work in. Success is not guaranteed but the chances of success are much better when you have the motivation and the want to reach your goals.
We always start with a conversation – this often helps people put things into a new perspective and see things in a new way.
